Perspective Groups contain "%20" or trailing whitespace character

Issue/Introduction

Perspective Group names that contain whitespace characters will have those replaced by the symbol "%20" which is the URL-encoded "space" code (or other applicable code).

This will allow users to distinguish between items that contain whitespace that was previously truncated. 

Resolution

If a "%20" is seen it is not a defect.  A "space" character is present in the Group name.
