Why do I see Perspective Groups containing " %20 " or trailing whitespace character?

Issue/Introduction

Starting in July 2022 Perspective Group names that contain whitespace characters will have those replaced by the symbol "%20" which is the URL-encoded "space" code (or other applicable code).

This will allow users to distinguish between items that contain whitespace that was previously truncated. 

If a "%20" is seen it is not a defect.  A "space" character is present in the Group name.

Trailing Whitespace characters – At times what appears to be duplicate groups are due variations that contain trailing whitespace characters. In Perspectives Groups, you will now see these trailing whitespace characters as URL encoded (for example, a trailing space character will display as %20).
