Occasionally a customer wishes to modify an AWS Cost and Usage report (CUR) or its manifest before providing it to CloudHealth for processing. The platform processing conforms (and is continually updated to) use AWS standards and conventions.
Unfortunately, CloudHealth cannot provide technical or engineering support for product issues caused by modified CUR's.
The platform can only correctly consume and process complete AWS CUR's and associated artifacts such as manifests. Issues caused by modified files are not supported by our Technical Support team.
