Some AWS products are included in CloudHealth Enterprise Support Billing rule processing but may not be included in AWS Support charge calculations.
When PGB Billing Rules calculate Enterprise Support charges, the platform does NOT remove charges for a certain but small number of product codes. AWS may however elect to do so in their calculation. This may result in differences in Enterprise Support charges between the platform and AWS. These differences can be expected in certain cases and are not a defect.
When investigating customer concerns about Enterprise Support calculation differences it is best to narrow down the differences by reconciling the platform with the customer AWS version:
1. Pull Enterprise Support product code details from AWS and CloudHealth
2. Reconcile the lists and identify which product codes are different or missing
Provide all relevant data to Technical Support to review if the difference in codes is expected.
