EC2 Instance cost report shows $0 cost for Host Tenancy

Issue/Introduction

When running a dedicated host, you are charged for "dedicated host hours" and this cost is applied to the host.  The actual instances that run on the host have no cost which is why the EC2 Instance Cost report is showing $0.

Resolution

To get the host cost, you will want to look at the Cost History report and filter to the "dedicated host" service items.
