How do I get the cost per month I actually paid by EC2 instance?

Issue/Introduction

The EC2 Instance hours report can give you the price you paid for the instance and the number of hours it ran On Demand vs covered by a reservation. 

This report can be found by navigating to Reports>Usage>EC2 Instance Hours.
