Average metrics in the monthly S3 metrics report calculation

Issue/Introduction

This is an average of the metric for all the days in the month. 

Resolution

For example, to calculate "Avg Get Requests", the platform takes the average Get Request for each day in the month and then average those metrics for the final monthly average.
