Issue/Introduction

Yes, as soon as you deploy vRealize Operations Integration for CloudHealth management pack in one or more vRealize Operations instances, those instances will be synched with CloudHealth (CH) and all vCenter accounts added in vRealize Operations instance(s) will be fetched into CH.
It is necessary that all the vCenter accounts you have added in CH previously should be added in any one of the vRealize Operations instances, so the prerequisite is that all vCenters for which costing use cases need to be addressed in CH must be monitored by vRealize Operations.  The archived data for prior months for cost will be preserved.
