The CloudHealth Status Page is a useful resource for customers and internal folks alike to stay updated on the health of the platform. This guide will cover how to access the Status Page, who can edit and update the page, as well as detail the various functionality available.
The Status Page is public and anyone can access it simply by clicking the following link:

Any customer or internal associate will be able to see this page at any time without any authorization required. This is beneficial at it means there are no hoops to go through to get information regarding the state of the platform.
The Status Page has a great information to share distilled into a fairly straightforward presentation. The page provides an overview of the various components associated to the platform and their current status:

The bottom section of the page is dedicated to incidents that have occurred in the past as well as scheduled maintenance details.
The date and time of the incident and the various updates that took place are displayed. Each step of the incident is also provided as well. In this case the issue was being investigated and then resolved prior to any additional work being necessary. There are other steps that can be populated as well which will be covered later in this article.
At the bottom of the main page in the footer, there is an option to view the entire history of incidents that have taken place:

A breakdown of the incidents thattook place in 3-month timeframes is presented and additional information for each incident can be found by clicking the name of the incident itself.
