Issue/Introduction

This is because your Redshift usage is fully covered by a Reserved Node purchase.

Resolution

When these costs are written to your billing file by AWS, they are written as zero-cost line items.  However, they do still incur "cost" through the original cost of the reserved node.  CloudHealth will derive usage, extrapolate cost, and write the amortized Reserved Node-covered usage costs as Redshift - Compute.
