Issue/Introduction

Altering perspectives will change reporting that the perspective is being used.

Resolution

Perspectives can be considered custom built filters that bucket infrastructure into logical groups.  If you take groups based on accounts, for instance, and associate infrastructure to those accounts, metrics in reporting will be applied accordingly.  If at a later time, infrastructure is moved from Account A to Account B within the perspective, all costs historically will appear as though they were always associated to Account B.  It's recommended that you are very careful when altering or adjusting perspectives as the current version of the perspective is what will be "true" across all reporting views.
