Yes, this is possible with the appropriate measures.

 

A good way to see this data is to use dimension savingsPlan/PaymentOption with Filter value No Upfront, and measure LineItem/NetUnblendedCost. 

Resolution

Selecting savingsPlan/SavingsPlanArn column will show a breakdown of different Savings Plan IDs for additional visibility.  Other measures/dimensions can be selected based on requirement as well.
