Issue/Introduction

Below are details on these metrics:

# Assets - This metric counts not only the VMs but also associated resources related to the VMs

# VMs - This metric ONLY counts the VMs

Resolution

It's important to note that the way CloudHealth measures these metrics is based on if any were utilized.  Whether a VM was used the entirety of a full day or was only one for a couple minutes, both scenarios would result in a VM count of 1.

Be advised that the metrics "VMs by Usage" and "Assets by Usage" are NOT calculated the same way.  Their metrics are based on a 24 hour timetable so if a VM is not running a full day, it will be reported as a fraction.  For instance, if a VM only runs 12 hours on a particular day it will be reported as "0.5" in terms of usage.
