Issue/Introduction

The longest timeframe the platform will report on is a rolling 13 months, which is at the monthly time interval.

Resolution

Below is our data retention policy, which shows the amount of data that we display for each time interval within Interactive Reports.  Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to request a different data retention policy for any of the intervals listed: 

Data	Retention Time
Hourly data	7 days
Daily data (all data except for cost)	32 days
Daily cost data	62 days
Weekly data	52 weeks
Monthly data	13 months

 

While these retention timeframes cannot be changed, there is functionality called Data Archiving where you can save historical reports for later reference.  This will allow you to see results earlier than the retention times listed above.
