Issue/Introduction

FlexReports are available for AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure.  For these clouds, the FlexReports tag support in CloudHealth is as below:

Resolution

AWS - Tags applied to the accounts in AWS Console and Cost Allocation Tags
Azure - We now support Azure tags at the Resource Group and Subscription level in addition to the Resource level. 
GCP - All System labels and Project labels.

Note:  For AWS, FlexReports can show both account level and resource level tags, but for Azure and GCP, only resource-level tags and labels are supported, respectively.
