Issue/Introduction

This error will occur in two different situations:

  • Multiple users are updating a perspective at the same time which causes a conflict
  • The perspective editor was open during the time a perspective rebuild completed

Resolution

Be sure that more than one person isn't working on a perspective at the same time to avoid this issue.  The second scenario will only occur if the perspective editor happens to be open when the end of a backend update cycle completes.  This should be a rare occurrence as it will only occur when the perspective was opened with a set of asset information that was overwritten on the backend while the editor was open. 

To avoid working with outdated information, CloudHealth prompts the customer to refresh the editor to ensure the most up-to-date changes are reflected before additional edits are made.
