“Cost Impact" calculation in the Anomaly Detection tool

Issue/Introduction

Cost Impact is the difference between the actual cost and the cost that could have been saved due to occurred anomaly.

Resolution

For example, your EC2 instance cost spent shows as USD $200 and an anomaly was identified for that EC2 instance as $120.  The Cost Impact for that EC2 instance would be USD $80.
