Issue/Introduction

Once the agent is installed and running, the metrics data collected will not be displayed in reporting until our next processing cycle.

Resolution

Our processing cycle runs overnight, so this data will be displayed the following morning.  Please note that metrics data is not reported in realtime due to the need to process it for reporting.
