"RDS - Charged Backup Usage" charges

Issue/Introduction

These charges are associated to RDS snapshot costs for instances that have been shut down.

Resolution

After an RDS instance is terminated, backup storage costs associated to those RDS instances will be billed under the "RDS - Charged Backup Usage" service cost. 

Note that these charges may appear as both Direct and Indirect charges based on the instances they are associated with.  Clicking into the statement details will provide more information on the instance type the charges are related to.
