Issue/Introduction

The Savings Plan Recommendation Tool does not take into account any custom discounts or discounts from custom price books.

Resolution

By design, only the raw usage data prior to any CloudHealth platform adjustments are used in the Saving Plan Recommendation Tool which is why you may see differences when you compare the on-demand values from the tool vs the EC2 Instance report, for instance.
