Modify AWS tags from the CloudHealth platform

Issue/Introduction

While the ability to add in new custom tags to the platform exists, there is no way to add or modify tags that were created within AWS directly. 

Resolution

The reason the platform operates this way is intentional and meant to ensure AWS activity is preserved to avoid any issues.  The platform is designed to give you additional insight into your AWS infrastructure but does not aim to act as a way to directly adjust any work done within AWS.
