GCP Prefix Changes May Result in File Not Processing

Issue/Introduction

CloudHealth has a check into processing to confirm the prefix entered in CloudHealth matches the prefix of the billing files collected.  It's important to ensure those file prefixes match.

Resolution

Even if the platform has already collected historical files with a particular prefix, a change to a new prefix will result in a mismatch and the platform will not process those files.
