Issue/Introduction

The Amortization cost report shows how prepay costs associated to EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, and Redshift reservations are disbursed throughout their duration. 

Be advised that amortization is based off of actual RI usage, not off of purchase cost.  In other words, certain categorizations (by "Account", for instance) will not match a strict linear amortization calculation.
