Problem Description:

When you try to setup the snowflake integration and you and keep getting the same errors as mentioned below.

 

Error Messages/Messages:

Errors while saving credential: Invalid credentials: Please Check the account ID, user name or private Key is valid and have permission to access "SNOWFLAKE" database. Also check valid Role and Warehouse is provided. Raw Message : Error in parsing Statement handle id from Snowflake databaseForbidden

 

Cause:

The above mentioned error will occur if the Public key is not correct.

 

Resolution:

Try to setup the Snowflake integration by creating new Public and Public key as specified in Setup instructions.
