Issue/Introduction

When a customer is first created and their accounts have been assigned via Partner Generated Billing (PGB), CloudHealth must first generate the customer level bills via PGB processing. 

This processing can take a few hours to complete.  Depending on the time that the PGB processing has completed, you will see costs at the customer level tenant within 24-48 hours. 

 

This is due to a combination of the time that the customer level bills have been generated and our report processing cycle commencing.  If the PGB generated bill is not completed in time for the first report processing cycle, you'll see your customers costs the following day.
