Issue/Introduction

AWS bills span the first to the last day of each calendar month.

You’ll typically see that your bill will finalize within the first 5-7 days of the following month.  For example, August bills may show as finalized on September 5th.

Resolution

You’re able to check within CloudHealth if your bill has finalized by navigating as follows:

AWS > Reports > Costs > Statements

In the above example, the August statement shows with an Invoice ID, whilst the September bill (which the platforms will treat as the current month) shows as currently ‘Estimated’.
