If you do not utilize AWS cloud then CloudHealth will default you to https://apps.cloudhealthtech.com/aws_accounts/new when logging into the platform:
However, standard role documents do not have the 'Create AWS Account' permission:
This causes our authentication process to go into a loop and prevents the users from accessing the platform (Login .HAR file viewed through https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/har_analyzer/):
To fix this, simply go to Setup > Admin > Setting and switch the default cloud to whichever cloud your account uses:
This should allow your standard role document users to login successfully.
*Keep in mind that there are many different scenarios that may cause login problems. This is just one scenario and its solution.
