If you do not utilize AWS cloud then CloudHealth will default you to https://apps.cloudhealthtech.com/aws_accounts/new when logging into the platform:
However, standard role documents do not have the 'Create AWS Account' permission:
This causes our authentication process to go into a loop and prevents the users from accessing the platform (Login .HAR file viewed through https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/har_analyzer/):
To fix this, go to Setup > Admin > Setting and switch the default cloud to whichever cloud your account uses:
This should allow your standard role document users to login successfully.
Note that there are many different scenarios that may cause login problems. This is just one scenario and its solution.
