We no longer use a linked account and would like to delete it from the platform, but it keeps repopulating the next day.
If you delete a linked account then you will most likely see it restored the following day, but in a critical/unknown state. This is because our system automatically pulls in and populates any linked accounts it sees in the consolidate payer CUR file for the last 13 months. The process can not be changed. Instead we recommend adding something like [DELETED] to the accounts you've previously tried to remove. This makes them more easily identifiable within reporting/filtering.
