What is an RVD discount?

Issue/Introduction
RVD stands for RI Volume Discounts. These will be categorized into your general credits.
Starting 10/1/2018, the prices for reserved instances do not include the RVD discount. AWS has removed this information from the price and has instead aggregated it into a total at the bottom of the bill.
These are separate from private pricing discounts.
