Lining up Azure Storage cost report with Cost History report

Issue/Introduction

Storage Account cost from Cost History includes additional line items which are NOT included in the Storage Account costs from the Azure Storage cost report.

 

 

Resolution

The Azure Storage report consists of Storage Account, and Disk costs.  However, filtering down to these two services in Azure Cost History will show a difference.  The difference is that the Cost History Storage Account cost includes additional line items like Advanced Threat Protection and Bandwidth.
