Default Cost History filters do not line up with a perspective that is based off the same rules

Issue/Introduction

These differ due to the default Accounts filter in the Cost History report strictly using the Cost and Usage Report (CUR) for information, whereas the perspective rule uses the asset database (DB).  In the assets DB, not all assets include the Account information and therefore fall under the perspective group Assets Not allocated (ANA). 

Resolution

As a workaround, add in additional subscription and resource group rules to existing groups within the perspective configuration which should drive down ANA costs and closer match Cost History default filters.
