"RDS - Other" instances in the RDS report

Issue/Introduction
These are "cluster" costs that do not have a specified instance type.
Resolution
"RDS - Other" costs contain usage types like "Aurora:StorageIOUsage" and "Aurora:StorageUsage" which are "cluster" costs and have no instance type associated with them. Since there is no way to single out a specific instance type, they are listed as "Unknown Instance Types" in CloudHealth reporting.
