Why are some RI types excluded from RI Utilization pulse reports?

Issue/Introduction

Pulse reports are designed to show you a brief overview of highlighted information and will not provide a comprehensive report. 

The RI Utilization report only shows a summary of the top 10 or 20 RI types with the highest potential savings if their usage were to be covered by reservations.  You'll have to use the Instance Hours report to get the full list.
