RI types are excluded from the RI Utilization pulse reports

Issue/Introduction

Pulse reports are designed to show a brief overview of highlighted information and will not provide a comprehensive report. 

Resolution

The RI Utilization report, for instance, only shows a summary of the top 10 or 20 RI types with the highest potential savings if their usage were to be covered by reservations.  For a report showing the full list, it's best to utilize the Instance Hours report directly.
