When will new assets be recognized for policy alerts using perspectives?

Issue/Introduction

Below is the order and timeframe in which assets are gathered and added to perspectives associated to policy alerts:

1. Assets are collected into the platform approximately every 15 minutes
2. Assets are added to the perspective group and indexed approximately every 4 hours
3. Depending on what time the asset is discovered, added to the right group and indexed correctly, it should be included in the next alert.

Basically, if a policy is set to evaluate at 4pm and the asset is first discovered at noon, it may miss the evaluation period for the policy and only get evaluated the next day.
