Issue/Introduction

In order to stop costs from being collected in the CloudHealth platform, the billing account has to be in a critical state. If the projects are critical but the billing accounts are still healthy, we will continue to collect costs.

Resolution

To make the billing account critical, put in incorrect values for either the dataset name or service account/private key.
