Issue/Introduction

This is not currently possible without causing issues.

This situation can occur where the partner channel customer wants to revoke the access to the consolidated payer for the partner.  The linked account that has the replicated bucket is in CH 

CloudHealth needs access to the payer account referenced in the CUR.  While the platform can technically collect and ingest the data, downstream processes will break resulting in configuration status showing "No Current Billing" and other reporting being negatively affected.
