Issue/Introduction

Azure bills are currently collected at 8am and 8pm EST.   Internal processing starts at 0 UTC (8pm ET).   This means that Azure report processing in the EST evening are running on the bills that were last collected at 8am EST.

Resolution

Full data through 2 days ago, partial data for yesterday (since digests/cubes ran last night on a bill from yesterday at 8am), and no data for the current day is expected.
