Add Network Data to the (New) Rightsizing Report

Issue/Introduction

CloudHealth will only show the metrics that are included in the selected Efficiency Target.  The default efficiency targets 'average metrics' and 'maximum metrics' do not include network metrics. 

Resolution

The ability to create a Custom Target and include Network is possible, however.  If done so, the "Network Metric" column will also appear in the table.  See screenshots below:
