Azure Enrollment ID missing from Subscriptions

Issue/Introduction

This means that there is no Enrollment ID for the platform to ingest from the bill resulting in this field being empty in the asset report. 

Resolution

The Enrollment ID is collected from the EA bill.  If the Subscriptions have not incurred any cost they would not have been written to the EA bill.  It's also recommended to review your current EA configuration to ensure everything is "Healthy" in the platform and all appropriate information is being ingested correctly.
