"Other" Azure Marketplace charges

Issue/Introduction

When an Azure Marketplace bill contains charges whose line items are not identified as Marketplace, they are categorized as "Other".  

Resolution

You can see this in the "Other" drilldown on the Cost History report, under the service_type and consumed_service columns. 

The drilldown for Marketplace costs will show the service_type and consumed_service as "Marketplace"
