Issue/Introduction

If the customized report is filtered using the last full month, it will rollover to the last full month when the subscription is triggered. 

Resolution

For example, if it is the month of February and the saved report is filtered for January, the January cost will appear in the report.  Once March is reached and the report is triggered, the report will show the last full month which will now be February, and so on.
