Days of data is required before Savings Plan Recommendations can be made

Issue/Introduction

A recommendation populating will depend on the evaluation period chosen.

Resolution

If the evaluation period is 7 days, then at least 7 days of data is required. If it is 30 days, then at least 30 days of data is required.  It is always recommended to double-check account configuration to ensure accounts are "Healthy" to ensure all appropriate data is being ingested properly as well.
