Issue/Introduction

If the Customer is on Modern Commerce, their billing period is always the month boundary.

For Classic/Legacy Azure billing plans, the billing period would typically be on anniversary month.

The platform stops collecting historical bills after the 10th of the following month.

Resolution

For example, CloudHealth will stop collecting the invoice data from Azure for March on the 10th April.

In order to re-collect a historical months invoice a support ticket will need to be raised.
