Issue/Introduction

You will find that some AWS Service costs will fall into the "Other" category if the service has been recently released by AWS.  Whenever a new service is released, the cost will automatically go into the "Other" service category.

Brand new services are often not revealed to CloudHealth until after they are introduced into AWS billing statements.  Any new service that is not recognized will be placed in the "Other" service category in reporting until our engineering team is able to create and assign it into its own category.  This process may take several weeks to complete based on prioritization.  However, you can look at the drilldown statement details for the "Other" category within the Cost History report to get a more granular view into the associated charges.

Note: Always review your AWS account configuration to ensure billing accounts are "Healthy" to ensure all appropriate information is being ingested correctly.
