Retention period for customer tenant deletions

Issue/Introduction

When a customer tenant is deleted, the tenant and data is soft deleted by CloudHealth and then retained for 30 days before an automated process cleans out the deleted data.

Resolution

To restore a deleted Customer Tenant within the 30-day window, please raise a support ticket.
