CloudHealth rightsizing recommendations for GPU enabled EC2 instances

Issue/Introduction

The platform does not currently make GPU recommendations.

Resolution

If the EC2 instance is part of the Accelerated Computing Family then No Recommendations are made because there is a GPU attached to these instance types.  The platform does not collect or evaluate GPU utilization (we only collect CPU/memory/disk/network).
