Perspectives page shows "Recent Perspective updates are not reflected in reports" despite the Perspective being integrated in Cost History

Issue/Introduction

The perspective status indicator is for all reports, not just Cost History. 

Resolution

If any report fails to integrate with the perspective the status will remain red with "Recent Perspective updates are not reflected in reports".
