Statement Detail drill-downs within the Cost report are not fully sorted by cost

Issue/Introduction

The drill-down query is chunked by billing-account and period. 

Each chunk is sorted, but we do not do a merge sort so when you have multiple billing accounts we list a sorted view for each billing account in order.

Resolution

If you require a fully sorted list of Statement Detail drill-down data please export the drill-down to CSV and perform a sort.
