Send non-CloudHealth users reports

Issue/Introduction

Reports can be sent to users of CloudHealth as well as email addresses outside the scope of the platform.

Resolution

To commit an external email address you simply need to hit 'space' or 'comma' within the "Deliver To" field within Policies or Subscriptions configuration.  See below for an example:
