Issue/Introduction

The recommendation is No data if any of these conditions are true:

Resolution

• The source machine is not active.
• CloudHealth is unable to retrieve metrics from the source instance.
• CloudHealth is unable to retrieve cost data from the bill.
• Cost data from the bill is pending.
